Where do your kittens come from?

The kittens come from our breeding center and numerous partners. Hundreds of breeders and catteries have established in-depth cooperation with us, providing high-quality purebred kittens for cat lovers and families in European, American and Southeast Asian countries. Each kitten is healthy and lively, carefully selected, and comes with complete paperwork, allowing you to enjoy a wonderful time with your adorable pet with peace of mind.

What preparations have been made for the kitten in terms of vaccination, identification, and health examination?

It has received a rabies vaccination and two FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitis) vaccinations, has been implanted with a microchip, and has a health certificate, an international pet passport, test reports for feline leukemia virus (FeLV) and feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV), as well as a fecal test report for parasites (if obtainable), and a registration card.

Could I see the kitten first and then pay the deposit?

We understand your eagerness to see the kitten before paying the deposit. Regrettably, direct physical contact isn't available for now. But you can email us to get detailed info like photos, videos, and personality traits of each kitten. Rest assured, all kittens are carefully raised in our professional breeding environment.Given their high popularity and demand, and to ensure fairness, we'll reserve a kitten only after you pay the deposit for it.Once the deposit is paid, we'll closely track the kitten's growth and promptly update you. You'll also receive comprehensive details and clear photos to keep you informed. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out.

Why do I have to wait for such a long time to get the kitten?

 Because each kitten must be vaccinated with at least two doses of feline panleukopenia (PCH) vaccine and rabies vaccine before entering the United States. And we will only send the kittens to you when they are 16 weeks old.

If the kitten you reserved has reached 16 weeks old, the consignment arrangements can be made. Usually, after you place an order and pay the deposit, this process will take about 2 to 3 weeks.

How does the kitten consignment work?

We will book a flight for your kitten one week in advance and send you the detailed flight information via email.

Besides, we are responsible for handling all kinds of documents required before the pet cat consignment, including but not limited to pet microchips, pet serum tests, vaccinations, immunizations, health certificates, and entry and exit formalities. It usually takes 7 to 15 days to complete.

On the day of consignment, we will check the health status and relevant certificates of the pet cat again. After confirming that everything is correct, we will carefully put the pet cat into the special consignment box. We use special pet consignment boxes that meet the international air transport standards. They are sturdy and can provide enough space for pet cats to turn around, stand up, and lie down freely. They also have a good ventilation design to ensure the safety and reliability of the transportation process.

If the temperature is higher than 85 degrees Fahrenheit (about 29.4 degrees Celsius) or lower than 22 degrees Fahrenheit (about -5.6 degrees Celsius), the airline will not accept live animals on board. In this case, we will rearrange the consignment date or adopt other delivery methods.

If the pet gets sick before consignment, we will communicate with you in advance. Generally, we will delay the consignment time, choose another delivery time, and send it to the doctor for treatment in a timely manner.

When you go to pick up the kitten, you need to go to the airport freight department, show your identification, provide the waybill number, and pay the customs clearance fees.

How to ensure the health and safety of the kitten during the consignment process?

There are risks in live animal transportation. We can't guarantee the absolute safety of pets during the consignment process. Although the probability is extremely low, if the pet accidentally dies during the consignment process, the customer shall bear the responsibility on their own.

You can reduce such risks by purchasing pet insurance. The insurance premium is 3% of the sum of the pet's value and the transportation cost, and the death compensation rate is 80% of the pet's value. This fee will be collected by the underwriting insurance company, and the cost shall be borne by the customer. We don't charge any handling fees. Please note that this pet insurance business is only available in the United States.

How much is the consignment fee for the kitten?

Since prices vary in different regions and countries, and the procedures and costs required for consignment are also different, please provide your specific address and contact us to confirm the actual freight.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we only accept PayPal payments. Credit card and wire transfer payment methods will be added in the near future.

Why have you not refunded the original delivery charge?

If you are returning an unsuitable item for a refund we will refund the cost of the item only and not the original delivery cost. Should you be returning a faulty item for a refund we will refund both the original shipping costs and the return delivery costs.

Can you confirm you have received my return?

We aim to process returns within 5-7 working days of receiving them. You will be notified by email once the return is complete.We suggest you make a note of the shipping reference given when you sent the item back. This will allow you to track your parcel at every stage of delivery, including when we receive it.Should you have any queries about your return, please feel free to contact our Customer Service team via email.

Under what circumstances can the adopted cat be returned?

We are committed to providing healthy and high-quality live pet cats and have formulated a return and exchange policy. Within 3 days of receiving the cat, if there are serious health problems that were not disclosed before the purchase (a veterinarian's diagnosis report is required) or if the breed or gender of the cat does not match what was described, a return can be requested. Within 24 hours of receiving the cat, if you change your mind and the cat is in good health without any damage, an exchange can be made, and the buyer shall bear the costs. Custom-ordered cats cannot be returned or exchanged without quality issues. Cats that have been kept for more than 7 days or have been injured, fallen ill or mistreated due to the customer's actions are not eligible for return or exchange. The customer shall bear the shipping cost for returns. Once the return application is approved, the refund will be made within 5 to 7 working days
