Shipping Policy

1.Scope of Application

This policy is applicable to the business of consigning pet cats in the oxygen cabins of international flights departing from China to the destination.

2.Consignment Declaration

The freight is not included in the price of the pet and shall be paid separately. The price is subject to various factors, such as the distance, the complexity of the route, the number of pets traveling together, the required documents, and the regulations on pet imports in the destination country. Therefore, it is imperative that you consult our customer service in advance regarding the transportation process and the costs involved before purchasing a pet cat. We will provide a seamless and worry-free service and ensure that the pet cat is delivered to the location designated by you in a proper manner.

3.Preparations Before Consignment

1.We are responsible for the documents required prior to the consignment of pet cats, including but not limited to pet microchips,pet sera,vaccination,immunization, health certificates, and entry and exit formalities. It generally takes approximately 7 to 15 days to complete these tasks.

2.On the day of consignment, we will conduct a re-inspection of the pet cat's health condition and relevant certificates. Once verified as correct, the pet cat will be carefully placed in the specialized consignment box.

3.We utilize specialized pet consignment boxes that comply with the standards of international air transportation. These boxes are sturdy and offer sufficient space for the pet cat to turn around, stand up, and lie down freely. They also feature an excellent ventilation design to guarantee safety and reliability during the transportation process.

4.Costs

1.Transportation Costs: Calculated based on the flight distance, the weight of the pet cat, and the size of the consignment box. For specific cost details, please consult our customer service.

2.Customs Clearance Costs: The customs clearance costs after receiving the goods shall be borne by the customers themselves.

3.Customs Clearance Service Fees: Customers are required to handle the customs clearance procedures by themselves. However, if it is inconvenient for you to do so, we can arrange professional customs clearance agents to serve you, and a certain service fee will be charged. For specific fee details, please consult our customer service.

5.Order Tracking

After all the relevant formalities have been completed, we will provide you with the flight number of the cat. You can obtain information regarding the flight status, departure time, landing time, and other relevant details through the official website of the airline or its mobile application.

6.Transportation Risks（only applicable to the contiguous United States）

1.There are risks in the transportation of live animals. We can't guarantee the absolute safety of pets during the consignment process. Although the probability of an accident is extremely low, if a pet accidentally dies during the consignment process, the customer shall bear the responsibility on their own.

2.You can reduce such risks by purchasing pet insurance. The insurance premium is 3% of the sum of the pet's value and the transportation cost, and the death compensation rate is 80% of the pet's value. This fee will be collected by the underwriting insurance company, and the customer shall bear the cost. We don't charge any handling fees.
